Once I hear Fountains of Wayne's "Traffic and Weather," I can't get it out of my head for days. Probably because I usually listen to it at least twice in a row if it comes up on shuffle. I can't help it - it's so catchy, and funny, and kinda sexy. The live version below doesn't quite match the awesomeness of the album version, but it's definitely worth a listen (or three).
Go forth and seek out Fountains of Wayne -- from that same album, "New Routine," "Someone to Love," and "Strapped for Cash" are all great, and from their self-titled debut, I'd definitely recommend "Leave the Biker" and "You Curse At Girls." And of course, there's always "Stacy's Mom" if you're into that. Love these guys!
